Including in the price is a pie of your choice (you'll be asked to select the week before), mash potato fika+ special recipe, seasonal veg. A drink of your choice will also be provided in the price of the ticket. There will also be an interactive and informal talk from our in-house nutritionist and qualified personal trainer (registered dietician).
